Swimming reccout

I was so excited when I was going to Dean Greenwood swimming pool with room 1.

When we went to get changed. Another class was in the pool and they got out at 10:30 . Then we went in the pool next, to learn how to swim properly like an adult. We learnt how to do the starfish on our back and our front for 10-15 seconds. Then we went into pairs to swim to the other side by ourselves. Some people needed help swimming to the other side. There were also lanes to keep us from going into other lanes. When the teacher said to not go under the lanes some people didn't  listen and were talking back to the teacher. Lastly we got changed. Miss Paton said “You have ten minutes to get changed”.

She put ten minutes on her phone. When the timer went off we left the swimming pool. I found it hard listening to the instructor. It was a little bit hard floating on our backs and our fronts. I found it annoying when the water went up my nose and stung my eyes. I was tired when I got back to school. 

Half

 Also a half means that you split it in to two pieces. Also a half is two equal pieces.

Duffy Theatre Recount

Yesterday at 11AM Room 1 and the whole school went down to the hall to watch the Duffy characters perform a show. It was so funny. The first part of the show was about a girl who asked her Dad “Can we get a pet?”. Dad said “Sure that would be ok”. They went to search the pet up on Google and they saw a YouTube video. They were watching a farmer named Aaron. He was talking about a pet that is a third dog, a third cat and a third chicken. Then the Dad went on to it and purchased the pet. The pet was a Corgan called Milly. They were happy. Then Bex said to Duffy that was how she got the Corgan. Duffy said “How can a Corgan be so real?”. Then the Corgan got angry and was chasing Duffy around the whole house. Then Bex said “Sit”, but the Corgan wasn't listening. Bex said it again. Bex said “Sorry Duffy, she just gets too angry when someone says that” The food that the Corgan liked was bar and porig. Overall I found the Duffy Theatre the funnest. Today in room 1 we have been learning about fractions in the pride group. We have been going on to the web and been looking at a whole if you don't know what a whole is it is 1  like my images.

Hi my name is Jenesys. The school that I go to is Christ the King School.
I have two brothers that play for the Warriors. They both go to work and
one of them is in Australia. Also I have a sister that goes to school and I have a Mum
and a Dad that goes to work.

I am good at is writing, especially going back to check if I made mistakes in
my sentences. 

My challenges are Maths, RE and Topic.
